How do Democrat Party voters feel about the fact that Kamala Harris never received one primary vote to be the nominee in 2020 and certainly not in 2024?

They run primaries to see which candidates are likely to have the most support, but they don’t have to if they don’t want to.

I also know that in most states, if the winner of a primary drops out, the law says the political party selects a replacement however they choose.

Democratic voter here. I’m absolutely delighted. Sorry, Ivan, you Putin-fellating corncob, you won’t divide us this way.

What is the difference between "eher" and " lieber" in German? Are the two synonyms? If yes, then which one is the most used?

I know these things because I am not poorly educated. Trump loves the poorly educated.

But then again, I also understand that primaries are basically a courtesy. Political parties are private entities, not part of the government. They are free to choose candidates however they like.
